corn flour-1 cup
coriander, mint and curry leaves-1 handful each
tomato sauce-5 tbsp
pepper -2 tbsp
chilly powder-4-5 tbsp
Grind leaves, curd, chilly, masala powder and garlic together, then marinate chicken with this masala. Rest this for 5-6 hrs. After that add corn flour and sauce, mix it again. Now its ready to fry. Deep fry chicken pieces in hot oil.
