Egg curry

Ingredients

butter-1 tbsp

onion-2

tomato-2

garlic-3

ginger

green chilly-2

salt

coconut oil

turmeric-1 tsp

chilly powder-2 tbsp

coriander powder-1 tsp

garam masala-1 tsp

water

curry leaves

boiled egg-5

coriander leaves

Preparation

Heat butter in a pan, add onion, tomato, ginger, garlic and salt, saute it for 2-3 minutes, then turn off flame, wait until the heat gone, then blend it well. Heat oil in a pan, add masala powders, then add the onion paste, combine all well, add salt and water, boil it well, add eggs, boil until it ecome thick, finally add some coriander leaves, then turn off flame.
