chicken-1/2 kg
ginger
garlic-10
cumin-1/2 tsp
fennel-1/4 tsp
pepper powder-1/4 tsp
corn flour-1 tsp+2 tsp
kashmiri chilly powder-1 m/4 tsp
curd-3 tsp
rice flour-1 tsp
salt
coconut oil
red food color
chopped garlic
tomato sauce-1 tsp
chilly sauce-1 tsp
soy sauce-1/2 tsp
green chilly
curry leaves
Preparation
Take a mixie jar, add garlic, ginger, cumin, fennel, masala powders,salt, curd and flours, grind it into fine paste, and marinate chicken with this masalaand food color, then rest this for 1/2 hrs. After 1/2 hrs, fry it in hot oil, fry curry leaves and green chilly and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped garlic, saute it well, then add sauces, combine all, then add fried chicken, curry leaves and green chilly, mix all well until the chicken absorb entire sauce, then turn off flame.
