Ingredients

seer fish

chilly powder

turmeric

pepper powder

salt

lemon juice

oil

garlic

ginger

chilly powder

coconut oil

curry leaves

coconut milk

Preparation

Marinate fish with chilly powder, turmeric,pepper powder, salt and lemon juice. Then fry it in oil and keep aside. Heat a clay pot, add a little oil, then put banana leaf above it, then pour oil and add curry leaves, add fish fry above it, then add ginger, garlic and green chilly, pour coconut milk, then cover the pot and cook it in low flame for 3-5 minutes. Tasty dish is ready to serve.
