Potato filled snack

Ingredients

potato-2

maida-3/4 cup

salt

sunflower oil-2 tbsp

water

chilly flakes-1 tbsp

cumin-1/2 tsp

lemon juice-1 tsp

salt

coriander leaves

turmeri chilly powder

green chilly-2

oil for frying

Preparation

Boil potato well, then mash it well, add chilly flakes, cumin, lemon juice, salt, masala powders, green chilly and coriander leaves, mix it well, then keep aside. Take maida in a bowl, add salt and oil, mix it well, pour water, knead it well and make a soft dough, divide the dough into small balls. Take holed flat spoon, put the dough, flatten it, then add the filling in cylinder shape, cover it carefully, after that fry it in hot oil.
