Ingredients

chicken-1 kg
ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
salt
turmeric
chilly powder
coriander powder- 1 1/2 tbsp
curd-3 tbsp
onion-1
mint-1 handful
cumin-1 tsp
oil-2 tbsp
tomato-1
green chilly-2
water
pepper powder-1/2 tbsp
garam masala powder-1/2 tbsp
coriander leaves
coconut milk
Preparation
Marinate chicken with ginger garlic, masala powders, salt and curd, then keep aside. Grind onion with mint leavesand cumin and make a paste. Heat oil in a pan, add the onion paste, saute it well, then add tomato, mix it until it turns soft, now add green chilly and chicken, add a little water, cook it about 30 minutes, then add garam masala and pepper powder, combine well, finally add coconut milk, heat it then turn off flame, add coriander leaves, then cover the lid, wait for 5 minutes then serve the curry.
