cooked rice-2 cup
semolina-2 cup

curd-1 cup
salt
baking soda-1/2 tsp
Preparation
Grind rice with water, then transfer it to a bowl, add semolina, curd and salt, then mix well, keep this aside for 15 minutes, then add baking soda, mix well and make soft idli as usual.
