maida-1 1/2 cup

salt

semolina-1 1/2 tbsp

oil-1 tsp

turmeric-1/4 tsp

pepper powder-1/4 tsp

garam masala-1 tsp

Preparation

Prepare maida dough with maida, salt,oil and water, then keep aside. Heat oil in apan, add eggs, scramble it well and keep aside.In the same pan add oil, then add ginger, green chilly and curry leaves, saute it well, then add onion and salt, saute it well, then add masala powders, next add egg , mix all well, then turn off flame.

Divide the dough into balls, then flatten it, cut the chapathi into two, add filling in one side, fold it like triangle, finally fry it in hot oil.
