Ingredients
carrot-1
boiled and mashed potato-4
onion – 1
garlic – 4
ginger – 1/2 inch
green chilli – 2
curry leaves
coconut oil – 2 tbsp
ghee – 1 tsp
mustard – 1 tsp
turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
salt as per taste
Preparation
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, let it pop, then add green chilly and onion, saute it well, then add cashews, mix it well, add carrot, after sauting it well add salt and turmeric, mix it until the raw smell gone, now add mashed potato, combine all well, then turn off flame. Use this masala for making dosa.
