papad-5
maida-1 tbsp
water
oil
coconut-1/4 cup
cumin-1/4 tsp
turmeric
shallots
garlic-3
curd-1/4 cup
mustard
curry leaves
dry chilly
onion
green chilly-2
turmeric-1/4 tsp
chilly powder-1 tsp
Preparation
Mix maida and water together and make a thick paste. Take papad, apply maida paste above it, then roll it from one side to another, then cut papad into small pieces. Heat oil for frying papad, then add papad fry well and keep aside, Grind coconut with garlic, cumin, turmeric and curd, make a fine paste. Heat oil in a pan, pop mustard, then add curry leaves, onion, green chilly and red chilly, saute it well, next add turmeric and chilly powder, mix well, now add coconut paste, add water, fried papad and salt, boil it well, then turn off flame.
