Beef without bone – 1KG

Onion – 1KG (App. 9 Medium Onion)

Green Chili – 10 Nos.

Ginger & Garlic Paste – 1 Tbsp.

Turmeric Powder – 1/4 Tsp.

Fennel Seed Powder – 1/2 Tsp.

Coriander Leaf + Salt + Curry Leaf + Mint Leaf – As needed.

**For Making Dough**

Maida – 1 CUP

Rice Powder – 1 CUP ( Not Roasted)

Hot Water – 1 CUP + 1 Tbsp.

Vegetable Oil – 1 Tsp.

Salt – As needed

Oil For Frying – As needed

Preparation

Cook beef with salt, turmeric, chilly powder and garam masala in a pressure cooker. Heat oil in a pan, add onion chopped, green chillt, ginger garlic paste,curry leaves, masala and salt, saute it well, once it become transparent add crushed beef, mix well until it become dry, now add coriander leaves, then turn off flame.

For dough, take boil water in a bowl, add salt and oil, mix well, then add flours, knead it well and make a soft dough and keep aside for 10 minutes. Next divide it into small balls, then flatten it into thin sheets, cut the sheet into 2, then take 1 and fold it from one side to another, add filling inside, then tightly fold the samosa like triangle shape, finally, fry samosa in hot oil.
