Neyypathal

Ingredients

Putt podi- 1 1/2 cup

hot water- 1 1/2 cup

coconut-1/4 cup

shallots-5-6

fennel seeds-1/4 tsp

Preparation

Take rice flour in a bowl, add salt and pour hot oil, mix well and keep aside after covering it. Crush coconut with shallots and fennel seeds, then add to the rice flour mix, knead it with your hand for a minute. Heat oil for deep frying, take small size of the dough, just flatten it in your palms, then add to the hot oil, fry both sides well.
