Chicken Cutlet

Ingredients

Chicken -1/2 kg

Pepper-1 tsp

salt

Potato-1/4 kg

onion-2

ginger-1 piece

Garlic -2

Green chilli-4

salt

Pepper crushed-1 tsp

garam masala-1/2 tsp

egg wash / egg / milk

bread / bread crumbs

Preparation

Cook chicken with salt and pepper powder, then crush it. Cook potato in a pressure cooker, then mash it well.Heat oil in a pan, add chilly, garlic and ginger crushed, saute it for 1 minute, next add onion, mix it until it become soft, add salt too, next add crushed chicken, mix all well, now add masala powders, mix well, add some curry leaves and turn off flame. Once it cool enough, make small cutlets from it. Mix egg white and milk in a bowl, take bread crumbs in a plate. Take cutlets, then dip in egg white, and coat bread crumbs, then fry it in hot oil.
