Ingredients
coconut-1 cup
shallots-3
curry leaves
chilly powder-1 1/2 tbsp
coriander- 1 1/2 tbsp
turmeric-1/4 tsp
fenugreek powder-2 pinch
hing powder-2 pinch
water
coconut oil
onion-1
tomato-3
salt
water
coconut oil
mustard
chopped shallots
dry chilly
curry leaves
Preparation
Heat a pan, add coconut, shallots, and curry leaves, then roast it well, next add masala powders, mix all together and heat it well, now turn off flame. Once it cooled enough , grind it into fine paste. Heat oil in a pan, add onion, after sauting it for a minute add tomato, cook it until it become soft, then add salt and cocconut paste, add water, then boil it well, once it become enough thick turn off flame. Finally temper it with mustard, shallots. dry chilly and curry leaves.
