Ingredients
green peas-1 cup
green chilly-2
onion-1
garlic-3-4
ginger-1 piece
coconut-1/2
fennel-1 tsp
oil-3 tsp
turmeric-1/4 tsp
chilly powder-1 tbsp
coriander powder-1 tbsp
curry leaves
Preparation
Soak green peas for 8 hrs. Then take it in a cooker, add water , salt and green chilly, then cover the cooker and cook it for 1 whistle. Heat oil in a pan, add onion,ginger and garlic, saute it well, add masala powders ,mix until raw smell gone, then add cooked green peas, mix well, grind coconut with fennel seeds, then pour it to the curry, mix it well and boil it, finally add some curry leaves and turn off curry.
