Ingredients
Jackfruit seeds-50
water
jaggerry-400 gm
ghee-7 tbsp
almonds and cashew crushed
coconut milk-1 1/2 cup
corn flour-1/2 cup
cardamom powder
Preparation
Clean jackfruit seeds, then cook it in a pressure cooker by adding water alone. Then grind the cooked seeds with jaggerry juice. Heat a bottom thick pan, add ghee, roast cashews and almonds, then keep aside. Add jackfruit seeds paste into the pan, stir it well, once it heat well add coconut milk, mix well, then add corn flour and water mix, continue stirring, add ghee occationly, add cardamom powder, mix it well, cook until it become thick and non sticky, add cashews and almonds, after mixing well transfer it to a mould, tight it with spoon, then keep aside. Once it cooled enough, you can cut it in desired shape.
