urad dal-1/4 cup

gram dal-1/4 cup

raw rice-2 cup

poha-1 cup

Preparation

Add urad dal and gram dal in a bowl, rinse with water, then pour clean water and soak it for 3 hrs. Wash rice in another bowl and soak it 3 for hours.Soak poha about 15 minutes,then grind all separately and keep the batter in same vessel, mix all well and keep overnight for fermentation.Next morning add salt to the batter and combine well. Heat a iron tawa,spread water to adjust heat, pour the batter, spread it over , make a very thin layer, add a little ghee above it, once it become crispy transfer it to a plate.
