Preparation
Take a bowl, add wheat flour and salt, mix it, then pour water little by little, knead it well and make a sticky dough.For filling, add coconut in a bowl, add sugar, jaggerry and cardamom into it, mix well. Take a banana leaf, add small ball size dough, apply over the leaf in a thin layer, add filling, then fold the leaf.Finally cook it in a tawa.
