Ingredients

rice flour-1 cup
curd-3/4 cup
onion-1
crushed pepper
ginger
green chilly
garlic
salt
water-1 1/2 cup
curry leaves and coriander leaves
oil for frying
Preparation
Take a pan, add rice flour,curd,salt, ginger,garlil and green chilly, add water, mix it well, then turn on flame, mix it well until it become thick, then turn off flame. Once the heat is gone add pepper,coriander and curry leaves and onion, mix it again, then apply oil on your hand , make vadas out of this dough, finally fry it in hot oil.
