green chilly-14
tomato sauce-5 tbsp
say sauce-2 tsp
vinegar-2 tsp
corn flour-1 tbsp
water
garlic-3 tbsp
sugar-2 tbsp
chicken-1 kg
chilly powder-1 tbsp
Preparation
Mix chopped green chilly, sauces, vinegar,corn flour and water, then keep aside.Heat a pan, add sugar, once it caramalised, add garlic, mix well, then add chicken pieces and salt, after mixing well, cook it for 15-20 minutes, after that, remove the stock, then add chilly powder, mix it with chicken, then add sauce mix, combine well, next add onion and capsicum, add some water and boil it well, once the gravy become thick, turn off flame.
