Wheat flour – 2 Cup

Water – 1 Cup

Salt – 1 Tsp.

Coconut oil

Green gram – 1 Cup

Garlic

Grated coconut – 2 Cup

Green chilli – 4 to 5 nos.

Small onion – 4 nos.

Curry leaves

Preparation

For chapathi, add wheat flour to a mixie jar, add water and salt, then pulse it 2-3 times, then transfer it to a bowl, add more flour and oil , knead it well and keep this aside for 15 minutes, then divide the dough to small equal balls, flatten it, you can make layer chapathi too, then cook it in tawa.

For curry, add green gram to a pressure cooker, add water, and garlic, then cook it for 2 whistle. Heat oil in a pan, add green chilly, roast it well, then add chopped shallots, mix all well, then add cooked green gram, add second coconut milk and salt, boil it well, finally add thick coconut milk and curry leaves, then turn off flame.
