Ingredients:

4 slices of bread

4 tomatoes (diced)

1 onion (diced)

2 green chillies (diced)

1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

1 tsp garam masala

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1/2 tsp red chilli powder

1/4 tsp cumin powder

Salt to taste

2 tbsp oil

1 cup water

Preparation

Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin powder and let it crackle. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 30 seconds. Add onions and cook until translucent. Add green chillies, tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook for 5 minutes or until the tomatoes are soft. Add water and cook for 2 minutes. Mash the mixture using a potato masher. Add bread slices and cook for 2 minutes or until the bread is coated with the mixture. Serve hot.

Soak rice and urad dal in water for 6-7 hours. Grind the soaked rice and urad dal into a batter. Add fenugreek seeds to the batter. Ferment the batter for 8-9 hours. Add salt to the batter. Heat a tawa and pour some batter onto it. Spread the batter evenly to make a thin dosa. Cook the dosa until it is golden brown on both sides.

1/2 cup grated coconut

1/4 cup chopped shallots

1/4 cup chopped green chilies

1 tablespoon curry powder

1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds

1/4 teaspoon urad dal

1/4 teaspoon fenugreek seeds

2 tablespoons coconut oil

Heat coconut oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, urad dal, and fenugreek seeds. When the seeds start to crackle, add chopped shallots and green chilies. Saute until the shallots turn golden brown. Add curry powder and turmeric powder. Saute for a few seconds. Add chopped banana stem. Saute until the banana stem is cooked.Add grated coconut and salt. Saute for a few more minutes. Serve hot.
