Preparation

Grind bread first, then add chicken, pepper powder, garlic, ginger, chicken and salt together, grind it again, then transfer the mix to a bowl, add maida for tighten. Flatten the mix, then cut it like squares, then take all bites, dit one bye one in egg mix, then coat bread crumbs, now fry it in hot oil.

Ingredients:

wheat flour-1 cup

rice flour-1/2 cup

coconut -1 cup

2 ripe nendran bananas, mashed

1/2 cup powdered jaggerry

1/2 cup water

1/4 cup semolina (rava)

1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder

ghee

1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Preparation

Melt jaggerry In a pan, mix together the mashed bananas and melted jaggerry in a mixie jar, blend it well. Pour the mixture into bowl . add rice flour , wheat flour to it, mix well, add fried nuts and cardamom to it , combine all well, take a banana leaf add the mix ture, then fold it well. Now steam the adas in an idli pot.

Beef Chilly

Here is the recipe for beef chilly

Ingredients:

1/2 kg beef, cut into small pieces

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon turmeric powder

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon garam masala powder

1/4 teaspoon garam masala

1/2 cup water

1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste

1 teaspoon shallots paste

1 teaspoon chili flakes

2 tablespoons corn flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon fennel powder

1/2 cup beef broth

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon curry leaves

1 green chili, chopped

Instructions:

Boil the beef with salt, turmeric powder, chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and water for 6 whistles.
Once the beef is cooked, cut it into smaller pieces. Marinate the beef with ginger paste, garlic paste, chili flakes, corn flour, salt, cumin powder, and beef broth. Refrigerate the marinated beef for 1 hour.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the beef until it is cooked through. Add curry leaves and green chili to the same oil and fry for a few seconds. Add the fried beef to the curry leaves and green chili. Serve hot.

Preparation

Heat the coconut oil in a large pot over medium heat, add whole spices, after roasting it well add onion , and green chilly, saute it well.Next add the chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
Add the carrot, potato and salt pour coconut milk second extract and cook until softened, next add masala powders and cashew paste, Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and add thick coconut milk , just boil it then turn off flame.

Cook the rice in a pressure cooker with water, salt, and turmeric powder. Heat ghee in a pan and add mustard seeds, urad dal, and curry leaves. When they splutter, add chopped onion, green chili, ginger, and garlic. Saute until the onion turns golden brown. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and mushy. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala powder. Cook for a few more minutes until the masala is well combined. Add water, then wait until it boil well, then add rice to the tomato masala and mix well. Cook it for 1-2 whistle. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
