coriander and mint-1 handful each

curd-3 tbsp

kashmiri chilly powder-2 tsp

garam masala-1/2 tsp

turmeric-1/2 tsp

lemon juice-1

egg-1

tomato sauce-3 tbsp

salt

pepper powder-1 tsp

chilly flakes-1 tbsp

lemon juice-1/2

Preparation

Dry roast, whole spices, coriander powder and dry chilly, then ground it into fine powder. Grind onion, tomato, mint, coriander, ginger and garlic,. In a bowl, add curd and prepared masala paste and powder, then add salt, garam masala, turmeric, kashmiri chilly powder and lemon juice, mix well and make a thick paste. Marinate chicken with this masala, then store it in fridge for 2 hrs. Prepare a sauce by mixing tomato ketchup, salt, pepper powder, chilly flakes and lemon juice. After marination, fry the chicken in a pan, apply the sauce frequently above the chicken until it fried enough.

Jeera and few other spices.

Preparation

In a bowl, whisk together the yogurt, gram flour, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilipowder, garam masala, and salt. Add the water and whisk until the mixture is smooth. Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat, pop mustard, fenugreek and cumin, then add chopped green chilly, ginger and curry leaves. Add the yogurt mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. Cook until it become thick.

Mutton – 1

Coriander seeds – 4 Tbs

Black pepper – 1 Tsp

Dried red chillies – 10

Tomato – 1

Ginger – 1

Garlic – 15

Shallot – 40 – 50

Onion – 1

Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp

Salt – 2 tsp

Blacknpepper powder – 1tsp

Curry leaves – 3

Oil – 4 Tbs

Garam masala – 1Tsp

Fennel seeds powder – 1/2 Tsp

Coconut oil – 2 Tbs

Mustered seed – 1/4 Tsp

Curry leaves – 2

Cardamom powder

Black pepper powder – 1/4 Tsp

Preparation

In a pressure cooker, add mutton, garlic, pepper powder, turmeric, curry leaves, salt and water, then cook it well. Dry roast, coriander, dry chilly, pepper, then grind it into fine powder. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and ginger, saute it well, then add shallots and onion, saute it well, add tomato, cook it until it become soft, now add early prepared masala, boil it well, next add cooked mutton, combine well, boil it until it become thick. Finally, season curry with mustard, fenugreek powder and curry leaves.

Preparation

In a clay pot, add sweet potato pieces, green chilly, masala powders, salt and water, cook it in low flame. Grind coconut with cumin, pepper , green chilly , turmeric and water, add coconut paste to cooked sweet potato, boil it well, then add whisked curd to it, heat well, then turn off flame. Finally, season the curry in coconut oil with mustard, fenugreek, dry chilly and fenugreek powder.

After doing this, dip it in maida mix, then coat it in bread crumbs, now its ready to fry, fry until it turns golden brown.

This video is about how to make idiyappam without a maker. The video starts with a quick introduction to the ingredients and then the process of making the dough is explained. The dough is then rolled out into thin strips and then cut into small pieces. These pieces are then steamed in a special pot called an idiyappam maker. Once the idiyappam is cooked, it is served with a delicious chutney.

Prepare idiyappam dough as usual with rice flour, hot water and salt. Fill the dough in a milk packet, put holes in it with a tooth pick, then press it to the idli plate. Then steam it.

Preparation

Boil the eggs until they are hard-boiled. Heat oil in a pan and add onion, cashews and green chilly, saute it well, then add coriander, grind this mix to paste. Heat oil in a pan, add the paste. Bring to a boil and then simmer until the sauce thickens. Add masala powders, boil it well, add curd, combine well. Add the hard-boiled eggs to the sauce and cook for a few minutes until they are heated through. Season with coriander leaves.
