cooked macaroni

Preparation

Heat oil in a tawa, add onion , tomato and chilly, saute it well, add coriander leaves and capsicum, mix well, next add chicken stock, soy sauce, chilly powder and ginger garlic paste, cook it well, next add cooked macaroni, mix with masala, finally add some tomato sauce.

Cauliflower bajji

Ingredients

cauli flower-1

gram flour-1 3/4 cup

water-1 cup

chilly powder-1 1/2 tsp

ajjwain -1/2 tsp

white sesame seeds-1/2 tsp

fennel -1 tsp

hing-1/2 tsp

turmeric-1/2 tsp

baking soda-1/2 tsp

oil

Preparation

Boil water with salt and vinegar, soak califlower pieces for 15 minutes, then strain out from water. In a bowl add other ingredients, after mixing well add water to make thick paste, add cauliflower into it, mix well, then fry it in hot oil.

Papaya Curry

Ingredients

papaya pieces

Preparation

In a claypot, add papaya,onion,chilly , tomato, turmeric, salt, tamarind juice and required water, cook it well. Grind coconut with masalas, and shallot, and add to curry, add water, mix well, then boil it. For seasoning, pop mustard and fenugreek in oil, add curry leaves then add to curry.

Plum cake

Ingredients

tutty fruity-3/4 cup

raisins-1/4 cup

fresh orange juice-1/2 cup

hot water-2 tbsp

maida-3/4 cup

cashew nut

Preparation

Take a bowl, add dry fruits, then add orange juice and honey, mix well and soak 1 hour. Sieve dry ingredients and keep aside. Caramalise sugar, and add 2 tbsp of water, mix well and keep aside. Grind sugar with spices, then sieve it, add egg into the sugar, beat it well, add caramal syrup, mix well, then add flour, mix it with a whisk, add soaked fruits and cashew nut, after mixing well pour this to a cake mould, put some nuts above the cake, then bake it.

Bread Sausage roll

Preparation

Break eggs into a bowl, add salt and chilly powder, mix well and keep aside. Fry sausage in oil. Remove sides of bread, then roll it with a chapathy roller, add a sausage, then roll the bread, seal it with maida paste, dip in egg mix, coat in bread crumbs, finally fry it in hot oil.

Slice onion into thin pieces, add salt, mix it with your hand, then rest for 10 minutes, next add other ingredients, knead it well and make perfect consistency to make shape, then heat oil, put ullivada and fry it well.

Semolina Cake

In a mixie jar, add semolina,egg,oil,sugar,essance,and milk, blend it well, then transfer to a bowl, add maida into a strainer, add baking soda, and baking powder, fold it well, then pour the cake batter to a mould, decorate with some dates, bake it for 20 minutes.

Pidiyum Kozhikkariyum

second extract of coconut milk

Preparation

Take rice flour in a bowl, add coconut, after mixing well keep aside. Boil water with salt,cumin,garlic,shallots, ghee and curry leaves, then pour water to rice flour, knead it well, make very small balls, then cook it in the leftover water, next add second coconut milk and rice flour mix, cook it to become thick, finally add thick milk, after heating it well turn off flame.
