Plum cake

Ingredients

tutty fruity-3/4 cup

raisins-1/4 cup

chopper cherry-1/4 cup

kismis-1/4 cup

fresh orange juice-1/2 cup

honey-1 tbsp

sugar-1/4 cup

hot water-2 tbsp

maida-3/4 cup

baking powder-1/2 tsp

salt- a pinch

sugar-1/3 cup

cinnamon

nutmeg

cardamom-2

cloves-4

eggs-2

cashew nut

Preparation

Take a bowl, add dry fruits, then add orange juice and honey, mix well and soak 1 hour. Sieve dry ingredients and keep aside. Caramalise sugar, and add 2 tbsp of water, mix well and keep aside. Grind sugar with spices, then sieve it, add egg into the sugar, beat it well, add caramal syrup, mix well, then add flour, mix it with a whisk, add soaked fruits and cashew nut, after mixing well pour this to a cake mould, put some nuts above the cake, then bake it.
