Coconut Chutney

Ingredients

oil

mustards

curry leaves

shallots-10

dry red chilly-2

coconut-3/4 cup

green chilly-2

water

salt

red chilly

Preparation

Grind coconut with green chilly, shallots and water and make a fine paste. Heat oil in a pan, pop mustards, next add shallots , red chilly and curry leaves, roast it well, then add coconut paste with water and salt, heat it well.
