Egg curry in cooker

Ingredients

Boiled egg-5

coconut oil-2 tbsp

cinnamon

cloves

cardamom

ginger crushed-1 tsp

garlic-6-7

onion-3

salt

curry leaves

chilly-5-6

potato-1

turmeric powder-1/2 tsp

pepper powder-1/2 tsp

coriander powder-1 tsp

fennel powder-1 tsp

kashmiri chilly powder-1 tsp

tomato-2

coconut milk-1 cup

ghee-2 tsp

mustard-1 tsp

dry red chilly-2

coriander leaves-1 handful

Preparation

Heat a pressure cooker, add coconut oil, heat it well, then add spices, after roasting well add ginger, garlic, chilly and onion, mix well, add potato and curry leaves, then cover the lid of the cooker, cook for 2-3 whistle, then open the cooker after the pressure gone, mash potatoes, then add masala, saute it well, add tomato and boiled egg, finally add coconut milk. For seasoning, pop mustards in coconut oil, add curry leaves and dry red chilly into it, roast it well and add to curry.

Soft idiyappam and pathiri

Ingredients

rice flour-2 cup

water-3 cup

salt

coconut oil

Preparation

Add rice flour in a bowl, add water mix it with a bowl, add salt and coconut oil. Heat a pan, pour the batter, stir it well until it become thick and non sticky, then transfer it to a plate, once the heat is gone you can make soft idiyappam and pathiri by the same dough.

Ingredients

Beef:2kg

Oil:1/2cup

Onion :2

Tomato :2

Greenchilly :4

Ginger garlic past :2tbs

Chilly powder :2tbs

Coriander powder :11/2tbs

Turmeric powder :1tsp

Pepper powder :1tbs

Garam masala powder :1tsp

fenugreek :1/2tsp

cumin seed:1tsp

Coriander leaves

Curry leaves

Salt

Preparation

Add beef, chopped vegetables, salt, turmeric and water into a pressure cooker. Heat oil in a pan, add fennel and fenugreek crushed, roast it well, next add curry leaves, then add masalas, cook until the raw smell go away, now add beef, cook until it become dry, finally add some coriander leaves.

Easy Plum cake

Ingredients

dates-1/4 cup

fig fruit-1/4 cup

kismis-1/4 cup

raisins-1/4 cup

tuti fruity-1/4 cup

sugar-1/4 cup

orange juice-1/3 cup

jam-1 tbsp

sugar-1/4 cup

water-1/4 cup

maida-1 1/4 cup

cocoa powder-1/2 tsp

ginger, cinnamon powder-1/4 tsp each

baking powder-1 tsp

baking soda-1/2 tsp

salt-1 tsp

egg-3

sugar-1/4 cup

sunflower oil-1/4 cup

vanilla essance-1 tsp

cashews

Preparation

Heat a pan, add sugar, orange juice and jam, mix well, add dry fruits and orange peel, mix all well, add more orange juice and soak 6 hrs.

Sieve maida 2 times, then add dry ingredient, after mixing well keep aside.

Caramalise sugar, then add water and mix well.

Blend 3 eggs with, sugar, vanilla essance, and oil, then add maida mix, fold it with a spatula, add more nuts , caramal syrup and fruit mix, mix all well and transfer it to a cake tin, then bake it for 30 minutes.

Grape wine

Ingredients

black grapes-2 kg

sugar-1.5 kg

dry yiest-4 tsp

orange peel-2

cinnamon-6

water-3 ltr

ginger piece

broken wheat-4 tbsp

egg white-2

baking soda-1 tsp

Preparation

Wash grapes then , wipe water with a towel, then add it to a bowl, mash it with a laddle , then add to a ceramic pot, next add other ingredients, mix all well, cover the pot with a towel, mix this every day for 10 days, then after 5 more days, strain this, then use it.

Cinnamon – 3 small piece

Fennel seeds – 1/4tspn

For seasoning –

Coconut oil

Shallots

Chilli powder – 2pinch

Turmeric powder -1 pinch

Preparation

Heat a claypot, add coconut oil, then add onion, chilly, ginger, garlic and curry leaves, saute it well, next add tomato, mix well, next add masalas, mix all well, next add chicken and potato, mix well, and cook it by add water. Heat a pan, add oil, then add coconut , spices, shallots and curry leaves, roast it well, then grind it into fine paste, add to curry. For seasoning, heat coconut oil, then add chopped shallots, roast it well and pour it to the curry.

After the heat gone make cutlets, dip all in egg mix and coat bread crumbs, finally fry it in hot oil.
