Easy Banana Snack

Ingredients

banana

ghee

cashews

kismis

coconut

sugar

cardamom powder

egg-4

maida-1 tbsp

milk powder-1 tbsp

Preparation

Heat a pan, add ghee, then add banana pieces, cook both sides, then transfer to a plate, roast cahews and kismis, coconut separately and keep aside. Heat a sauce pan, add some ghee, then pour, egg, milk powder and maida mix, then add banana , coconut and kashew kismis, cover it with egg mix, cook both sides.
