Tea Powder

Milk-1 1/2 glass

Sugar

Cardamom

Ginger

water-1 1/2 glass

Preparation

Boil water in a tea pot, add cardamom, and ginger, boil it well , next add tea powder, again boil it, next add hot milk, once it boil well, strain it to a cup, add sugar, mix it with another cup, then serve it.

Preparation

Break eggs to a bowl, add salt and other ingredients, combine all well, heat a tawa, spread oil, pour the egg mix, cook both sides, then transfer it to a plate.

Chicken cheese fingers

Ingredients

chicken boneless

pepper powder-2 tsp

oregano-2 tsp

cheese-1/2 cup

maida

egg-3

water-1/4 cup

bread crumbs

oil for deep frying

Preparation

grind chicken with garlip, pepper. oregano and salt, then transfer it to a bowl, add cheese into it, knead it with your hand and make finger shape , then take one , coat maida and dip in egg mix, next coat bread crumbs, repeat it one more time, after doing this for all fingers deep fry it in hot oil.

Malus Kitchen World

Semolina halwa

Ingredients
************

Rava/semolina- 2 cups

Jaggery – 400 gms

Ghee – 2 1/2 Tbsp

Water – 3 Cups + 1 Cup

Coconut Milk – 1 Cup

Corn Flour – 3 Tbsp + ( 2 Tbsp Water )

Black or White Sesame Seeds

Cashew Nuts & Badam

Cardamom Powder

Preparation

Mix rava with water, soak it for 2 hrs. After that, mix it with your hand then take starch, rest the starch for 1/2 hrs, then remove water from it. Melt jaggerry, sieve it to a pan, add rava mix, combine it well, now turn on flame, stir continously, add corn flour and water mix, stir well, once it become hot add coconut milk, stir it again, next add ghee, cook it again, add more ghee, stir until it become thick and non sticky, add nuts, cardamom powder , mix well then transfer it to a container, level it with a spoon, then allow it to cool.

Oyalcha

Ingredients

Preparation

Melt jaggerry with water . boil until it become one string consistency, then pour it to greased counter top, then add oil and mix with a steel spoon, once the heat is gone use your hand to fold and stretch, continue this for 5 minutes then cut it.

Easy vegetable noodles

Ingredients

noodles-200 gm

sunflower oil

carrot

capsicum

garlic

cabbage

salt

soy sauce

tomato sauce

pepper powder

Preparation

Boil water in a vessel, add noodles, oil, and salt, cook for 2 minutes, then strain out from water, wash it in cold water. Heat a pan, add sun flower oil, once it heat well add garlic, next add vegetables, saute it in high flame for 1 minute, add sauces, mix it well, then add cooked noodles, mix well, finally add some pepper powder.

red food color

oil for frying

Preparation

Take chicken in a bowl, add other ingredients one bye one, then marinate chicken with this, keep marinated chicken aside for 1/2 hrs, then fry it in hot oil.

Ragi drink

Preparation

Add ragi and water to a pan, mix well, then turn on flame and stir it until it become thick , then turn off flame and allow it to cool. Soak kaskas. Add cooled ragi mix to a mixie jar, add essance, sugar , milk powder and milk, blend it well, then serve it with sabja seeds.

Easy greengram curry

Soak greengram overnight, then cook it in a pressure cooker with turmeric, chilly powder, salt, green chilly and water. Open the lid after the pressure gone, then add grated coconut and water, boil it well, finally add some curry leaves.

Preparation

Marinate fish with turmeric, chilly powder and salt, and rest for 1 hour. Grind ginger, garlic, pepper, chilly, shallots, tamarind water, curry leaves and fennel. Heat oil in a pan, fry fish, then saute the masala for 3 minutes. Take a banana leaf, add masala and fish, cover it, then fry in fry pan.
