raw banana

preparation

Cook fish with salt and a little water, then remove the thorn. In a pressure cooker, cook raw banana with salt , water, salt and masala powders. grind coconut with shallots, garlic, cumin and chilly, then add to cooked banana, add fish flush too, combine all , cook until it become thick, then turn off flame.

Preparation

In a bowl, prepare a wheat dough combine wheat flour and water. Rest it for 1 hour, then mix it in water , then strain 2-3 times by removing the starch, then turn on flame and start stirring, once it become thick add jaggerry syrup to it, add ghee also, stir it again, add ghee 2-3 times until it become thick and non sticky, then turn off flame and transfer the mix to a greased container, then rest it for 1 hour, then cut it.
