maida-2 cup

baking powder-1 tsp

Preparation

Take a mixie jar, add eggs, jaggerry, banana, vinila essence, and oil, blend it well and transfer it to a bowl, add dry ingredients to a strainer, sieve it to the banana mix, combine well, then transfer it to a cake mould, add some chocochips above the cake, then bake it well.

Soft Rava Upma

Ingredients

semolina-1 cup

coconut-1/2 cup

coconut oil-2 tbsp

mustard-1/2 tbsp

cumin-1/4 tbsp

curry leaves

ginger-1/4 tbsp

onion-1

carrot-1

salt

hot water-1 cup

Preparation

Heat a pan, add semolina, dry roast it well, then transfer it to a plate. Add oil to the pan, then pop mustard and cumin, then add curry leaves, ginger and onion, saute all well, next add carrot, mix it with other ingredients, next add salt, after mixing well add roasted semolina, combine all well until heat it well, now pour water into it, mix it all, next add coconut, mix it well with upma, once it become dry turn off flame.

Ghee rice

Ingredients

raw rice-2 cup

cashew., kismis and cardamom

whole spices

ginger and garlic

green chilly-3

lemon-1/2

onion-2

ghee

bay leaf

Preparation

Wash rice well, then strain it. Heat ghee in a pressure cooker, add whole spices, saute it well, then add splitted green chilly and sliced onion and salt, mix well, next add ginger garlic paste, saute it for 1 minute, add rice, heat it well, add more ghee, now add 4 glass of hot water, mix well, squeeze lemon into it, add salt, cover the cooker without whistle, cook it for 20 minutes, then transfer it to a big pan, add more ghee, fried onion, cashew and kismis , and mint and coriander leaves, then serve it after mixing.

Banana , Wheat flour snack

Ingredients

banana-3

ghee-1 tbsp

sugar-4 tsp

coconut-1/2 cup

cardamom powder-1 tsp

salt-1 pinch

wheat flour-3/4 cup

kismis and cashews

bread crumbs

oil for frying

Preparation

Heat ghee in a pan, add chopped banana, saute it well, then add sugar and coconut, combine all well, then add wheat flour gradually , mix it with the spoon, then allow it to lower the heat. After that add cashew and kismis, then mix it well, divide the mix into equal balls, coat the balls with bread crumbs, then deep fry it in oil.

Preparation

Cut bitter gourd into two parts, then remove the centre seeds portion, then soak it in lemon salt water for 10 minutes, next steam it in a steamer. After that fill a banana into the centre of the bitter gourd, then cut it into slices. Heat a pan, add sugar, then caramalice it, add the bitter gourd slices, coat sugar both sides, then serve it.

Preparation

Cut papaya into small very pieces, add all chopped vegetables, turmeric and salt . Heat oil in a pan, add mutard, after popping it well add papaya, saute it well, add crushed chilly, then saute it again and turn off flame.

Cook papaya with dal, shallots, green chilly, turmeric , water and salt in a pressure cooker. Grind coconut with shallots, cumin and turmeric, then add to the curry, boil it for 3-4 minutes. Finally season the curry with mustard, shallots, dry chilly and curry leaves.

red food color

tomato sauce-1 tsp

soy sauce-1/2 tsp

Preparation

Take a mixie jar, add garlic, ginger, cumin, fennel, masala powders,salt, curd and flours, grind it into fine paste, and marinate chicken with this masalaand food color, then rest this for 1/2 hrs. After 1/2 hrs, fry it in hot oil, fry curry leaves and green chilly and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped garlic, saute it well, then add sauces, combine all, then add fried chicken, curry leaves and green chilly, mix all well until the chicken absorb entire sauce, then turn off flame.

Chapathi and Green gram curry

Ingredients

Wheat flour – 2 Cup

Water – 1 Cup

Salt – 1 Tsp.

Coconut oil

Green gram – 1 Cup

Garlic

Grated coconut – 2 Cup

Green chilli – 4 to 5 nos.

Small onion – 4 nos.

Curry leaves

Preparation

For chapathi, add wheat flour to a mixie jar, add water and salt, then pulse it 2-3 times, then transfer it to a bowl, add more flour and oil , knead it well and keep this aside for 15 minutes, then divide the dough to small equal balls, flatten it, you can make layer chapathi too, then cook it in tawa.

For curry, add green gram to a pressure cooker, add water, and garlic, then cook it for 2 whistle. Heat oil in a pan, add green chilly, roast it well, then add chopped shallots, mix all well, then add cooked green gram, add second coconut milk and salt, boil it well, finally add thick coconut milk and curry leaves, then turn off flame.
