Preparation

Take a pressure cooker, add all these ingredients together, then close the cooker and cook it for 1 whistle, then wait until the pressure gone, strain the tea and have it.

chicken -3/4 kg

ginger garlic paste-3/4 tsp

turmeric-1/4 tsp

chilly powder-1/4 tsp

peppper powder-1 tsp

garam masala powder-1/2 tsp

lemon juice-1 tsp

vinegar-1 tsp

curry leaves

coriander powder-1/4 tsp

garam masala-1 tsp

pepper powder-1 tsp

tomato-2

water-1 cup

cashew paste

coriander leaves, mint leaves

for rice

oil-2 tbsp

ghee-1 tbsp

whole spices

water

salt

cashew paste-1 tsp

lemon juice

rice

Preparation

Marinate chicken with the above listed ingredients, then rest this for 1/2 hrs. Heat oil in a pan, add chicken and fry it well,. Add ginger garlic paste, saute it well, then add onion, green chilly and salt, mix it well, next add masala powders, after mixing well add fried chicken, mix all well, then turn off flame.

Heat ghee in a pan, add whole spices, roast it for a minute, then add cashew paste, water, lime juice and salt, let it boil well, add rice, cook it about 90 %. Then layer the rice and curry in a big pot, add cashews, kismis, fried onion and mint, coriander leaves, dum it for 1 hour, then serve it.

gram flour-1 1/2 cup

red chilly powder-1/2 tsp

chicken masala-1/4 tsp

Preparation

Take cococasia leaves and cut it into medium length pieces. Add all ingredients in a bowl, pour water and mix it well until it become thick batter. Brush the batter in a thick layer above the leaves, then roll it. Steam the rolls, then dip it in the same batter, finally fry it in hot oil.

Potato stew

Ingredients

coconut milk-1 cup

curry leaves

shallots chopped-1/4 cup

pepper powder-1 tsp

coconut oil

Preparation

Add potato pieces to a pressure cooker, then add green chilly , salt and water, cover the cooker then cook it for 2-3 whistle. Once the pressure is gone open the lid and pour coconut mix, mash potatoes with a laddle, boil it again for 1 minute, then turn off flame. Finally, temper the curry with curry leaves and shallots, then add pepper powder.

Nutella Pudding

Ingredients

custard powder-2 tbsp

milk-1/4 cup+3/4 cup

bread-3

nutella-3-4 tbsp

cocoa powder

Preparation

Mix custard powder and milk in a small bowl. Heat a pan, add milk, let it heat, then pour custard mix, then stir it well, next add bread pieces, combine well, once it mash well add nutella, combine all together, then turn off flame. Blend the mix after heat is gone, then transfer it to a glass jar, add some cocoa powder above the pudding, then serve it after cooling well.

unsalted butter — 1 ½ tablespoon

Preparation

Grind tomato and garlic together, then strain it to a bowl. Take another bowl, add rice flour, chilly powder, cumin, gram flour, hing and salt, mix all well, add melted butter, then agradually add tomato puree, knead it well and make soft dough, fill the dough in idiyappam maker, then press it to hot oil, fry the murukk until it become crispy.

Heat oil in a pan, pop mustard, then add chopped shallots, roast it well, then add cooked beef , cook it until it become dry, add sliced onion , masala powders and fried garlic and curry leaves, fry it again for some minutes, then turn off flame.
