Special Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

Chicken – 1 kg

For Marination:

Turmeric – 2 tsp

Red Chilli Powder – 2 Tsp

Garam Masala – 1 tsp

Shallots – 1 handful

Onion – 3 nos

Dried Red Chilli – 3 nos

Ginger (chopped) – 1 tbsp

Garlic (chopped) – 1 tbsp

Black Pepper – 2 tbsp

Roasted Coconut – 1/4 cup

Coconut Oil – 2 tbsp

Curry Leaves

Salt as required

Preparation

First , marinate the chicken with homemade chicken masala, rest it for 30 minutes. Then, heat a pan, add oil, then add mustard to pop, then add shallots, next add ginger, garlic, curry leaves, and dry chilly, saute this well, now add onion and salt, saute it again, now add marinated chicken, mix well, then cover the pan and cook the chicken, add home made chicken masala again, grind roasted coconut and pepper, add the masala to chicken, then cook until the gravy become thick.
