Healthy Ragi Laddu

Ingredients

•Ragi – 1 & 1/2 cup

•grated coconut – 1 cup

•cardamom powder – 1/2 teaspoon

•jaggery – 200 gram ( 1 cup)

•Ghee – 2 tablespoons

•Nuts – 2 tablespoons

Preparation

Heat ghee in a pan, add ragi powder, roast it well, add crushed coconut, mix well, once it become dry and coconut become aromatic turn off flame. Melt jaggerry, then pour it to the ragi, add cardamom powder and roasted cashews, mix well, then make small laddus.

Ullivada

Let’s make ulivada with the same taste as you get in a tea shop Ullivada – Onion vada

Ingredients

Flour – 1 cup
Onion – 4 nos.
Ginger-1 small piece
Curry leaves – 2 stalks
Curd – 1/2 cup
Salt – as needed
Oil – enough for frying

How to prepare

Take a bowl and add chopped onion, chopped green chillies, chopped ginger and curry leaves curd and salt and rub it well with your hands.
Now add enough flour to it and mix everything well.
After that, pour coconut oil in a saucepan.
When the coconut oil is as hot as it gets
Take some of the dough and spread it in a vada shape
Remove the curry from the oil when it turns a nice red color
Yummy onion vada is ready

Ragi Laddu

Protein rich ragi laddu for improving bone health, anemia and for overweight..

Heat 1 tsp of ghee in a pan, add 1/2 cup of ragi powder into it, heat it well, then transfer it to a bowl, next add white sesame seeds to the pan, after roasting it well, set aside, next roast 1/4 cup of peanut. Crush peanut and sesame seeds together in a mixie jar.Melt jaggerry in a pan. Add peanut, sesame seeds powder to the ragi powder , pour melted jaggerry and cashews, mix everything well and make small laddu.

Blue Adhar Card

A 12-digit number that is provided by the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) is the Aadhaar Card. The Aadhaar Card can be used as proof of identity and address.

In 2018, the UIDAI launched a new type of Aadhaar number, known as ‘Baal Aadhaar’ card. It is blue in colour, unlike the regular white Aadhaar card for adults. This Blue Aadhaar card contains a 12-digit unique identification number for a child below 5 years.

Unlike adults, no biometrics will be captured for a child below 5 years. His/her UID be processed on the basis of demographic information and facial photograph linked with the UID of parents. But the child needs to update his/her biometrics of ten fingers, iris and facial photographs, when he/she turns 5 and again at the age of 15 otherwise it becomes invalid after the child crosses 5 years of age. The biometric update for the teen Aadhaar cardholders is free

According to UIDAI, parents can apply for Baal Aadhaar for a newborn. They can use the birth certificate or the discharge slip of the hospital as a valid document for enrolling the child. They can also use the school ID of their children to enroll for the Baal Aadhaar card.

Here is the step-by-step guide to get your child registered for the Blue Aadhaar:

1. Go to Aadhaar enrollment centre with your child, but don’t forget to carry important documents like your Aadhaar card, your address proof, and the birth certificate of the child.

2. Get the Aadhaar enrollment form from the centre and fill it up.

3. Give your Aadhaar number details as your Aadhaar number will be liked with the UID of the child.

4. You will need to give your active phone number under which your child’s Blue Aadhaar card will be issued.

5. No biometric information is needed, only a photograph will be clicked by the officials of the Aadhaar enrollment centre.

6. After the photography, the document verification process starts.

7. After verifying the documents, you will get a message on your registered mobile number about the completion of the process.

8. Don’t forget to collect the acknowledgement slip.

9. Within 60 days after the completion of verification, a Blue Aadhaar card will be issued in the name of your child.

Possessing a Blue Aadhaar card for a child opens doors to a plethora of government assistance programs. For instance, it facilitates the provision of midday meal services for children while aiding the government in distinguishing between fraudulent and legitimate students. Moreover, many schools are now mandating the presentation of Blue Aadhaar cards during the admission process.

Take a teaspoon of ragi and add water to it and mix it without grains. Heat a pan in the oven. You can add a little oil to it. Add 2 or 3 chopped garlic powders and then add 1/2 chopped onion and mix well, then add a chopped carrot. Just mix it and add some beans. After mixing everything, pour a glass of water. When it boils well, add salt and mix it. Then add ragi. Mix well until it cooked enough, add coriander leaves, then turn off flame.

Take boneless chicken pieces, marinate it with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper powder, chilly powder and olive oil, after sometimes make a shallow fry. Boil water , add salt, then put pasta into it, after cooking it well, sieve it and set aside. Boil 4 tomatoes, then grind it into fine paste. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, saute it well, next add , onion and capsicum, mix well, now add tomato paste into ot, boil it well, pour 2 cup of cooking cream, add oregano, pepper powder salt if u need, then mix well, finally add cooked pasta, combine well, once it become thick, turn off flame, then serve it with chicken.

Take 1 cup of milk and add it to a bowl, add 1/4 cup of condensed milk and 1 tsp of instant coffee powder, combine well. Take arrowroot biscuits, make a layer of biscuits in a pudding tray, pour the milk mix above the biscuits, keep this aside for soak well. Add 1 cup of whipping cream in a bowl, beat it well, add powdered sugar and vanilla essence, add cream cheese into it, beat it again until it become stiff. Apply the cream above the biscuits, then add second layer of biscuits, add cream again, keep it in fridge for setting, then dust the top with cocoa powder, then cut the pudding.
