Preparation

Take ragi in a bowl, add water, combine well. Boil a glass water in a pan, add carrot and dates, cook it well, then add ragi mix, stir it well, add almonds and pista, mix everything well, once cooked enough turn off flame. Add the mix to a mixie jar, then pour coconut milk, grind it well, pour thick coconut milk, blend again, then serve it.

Chilly Chicken

Kashmiri chilli powder-1 TSP

pepper powder -1/2tsp

Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp

Soya sauce-1 tsp

chilli sauce – 1 tsp

lemon

Corn flour -2 1/2 tbsp

maida-1 1/2 tbsp

salt

Sunflower oil

Ginger-1/2 inch

garlic -10

capsicum -1

Spring onion- 1 handful

Soy sauce-1 tbsp

chilli sauce-3/4 tbsp

tomato source-2 1/2 tbsp

Pepper powder

cornflour+ water

PREPATRATION

Marinate chicken with salt, kiashmiri chilly powder, ginger garlic paste, pepper powder, soy sauce, lemon juice, corn flour, maida and egg, then keep this aside for 20 minute. Heat oil in a pan, add chicken pieces, fry well, keep the chicken aside. Add ginger garlic to the pan, roast it well, then add onion, capsicum, spring onion and green chilly, saute it in high flame, add salt, then add sauces, sugar and pepper, mix everything well, pour hot water, boil it well , now add corn flour water mix, stir it well , once it become thick add fried chicken, combine all well, then turn off flame.

Shrimp curry

Fish curry with condensed broth without grinding coconut. You can prepare cool fish curry with condensed broth without adding coconut and coconut milk. Let’s see how to prepare this very easily.

Ingredients

•Shrimp – 1 kg
•Chili powder -2 tsp
• Coriander powder – two table spoon
•Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
• Small onions – 18 nos
•Garlic – 8
•Ginger – 2 small pieces
•Fenugreek – quarter teaspoon
•Fennel seeds – quarter teaspoon
•Coconut oil – two table spoon
•Curry leaves – few
•Mustard – one teaspoon
•Dry Chillies – Two
•Tamarind – Gooseberry size
• Green Chillies – Two
• Small tomato – one

How to prepare

After pouring a tablespoon of coconut oil in a pan, add a quarter teaspoon of fenugreek seeds and a quarter teaspoon of fennel seeds and chop them into small pieces. After that, add 14 small onions, a small piece of ginger, five or six garlic cloves and saute well. Grind it into a fine paste when hot.

Put a small gooseberry size of tamarind in water.

• Now after taking a clay pot, we can pour the mixture we have prepared into it and add some water. Along with this, add green chillies, chopped tomatoes and tamarind water and boil well. After boiling, add fish pieces after checking the salt. Once the fish is fried well, turn off the flame and keep it aside.

• In another pan, pour one tablespoon of coconut oil and then add one teaspoon of mustard and crackle it. To this, add two dried chillies, ginger, garlic, small onion and curry leaves which we chopped earlier and saute well. Pour this into the curry we have prepared earlier and the delicious shrimp curry is ready.
