sugar-3 tsp

salt

milk powder-4 tsp

egg-1

maida-2 cup

butter

Preparation

In a bowl, pour lukewarm water, add yeast, sugar, salt, milk powder and egg, mix well, then add maida , knead it well and make sticky dough, keep this aside for raise, after raise it well, knead it again and make buns, place it in a tray, after sommetimes, apply egg abuve it, then bake it well.

banana -1

water- 1 glass

maida-1 glass

cooked rice-1 /4 glass

rice flour-1/4 glass

corn flour-2 tbsp

sugar-2 tbsp

salt

cardamom powder

turmeric-1/4 tsp

baking soda

PREPARATION

Slice banana into thin pieces. In a mixie jar, add water maida, rice flour, corn flour, turmeric, sugar, salt, and cardamom powder, blend it well, make a thick paste. Pour the mix to a bowl, dip banana slices in this batter, then put it in hot oil, fry it well.

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, let it pop well, pour the egg mix, scramble it well, add coconut, mix well, then keep aside. Add salt to wheat flour, then transfer it to mixie jar, pour ghee into it, pulse it, then take it in a bowl, add egg mix, mix everything , then make putt by adding coconut.

Soft chapathi with leftover rice

Ingredients

wheat flour – 2 cups

cooked rice – 1 cup

water – 1/2 cup

salt – 1/2 tsp

coconut oil – 2 tsp

PREPARATION

grind cooked rice and water to a fine paste..In a bowl add 2 cups of wheat flour and salt, mix well…add 1 tsp coconut oil to this and combine well with your hand ,add rice paste to this , first mix with a spatula or spoon ….knead to a soft dough… add 1 tsp coconut oil and spread it over the dough…keep aside for 30 minutes,after 30 minutes knead the dough and make small balls out of it…take a ball and make the balls as round as possible,press the ball by keeping the dough in your palm…dust with Maida flour or wheat flour and spread the chappathi ,
to the hot tawa place chappathi, when tiny bubbles start to appear flip the chappathi…
then bubbles will come then flip once more, the bubbles on your chappathi will puff again and it blow ..now you can transfer it to a hotpot.
