Coconut Dosa

Ingredients

raw rice-1 cup

poha-1/2 cup

coconut-1 cup

fenugreek-1/2 tsp

water

Preparation

Soak rice and fenugreek together for 4 hrs. Then add it to a mixie jar, next add coconut,soaked poha and water, grind it into fine paste, then pour it to a vessel, ferment the batter for 8 hrs,then add salt to the raised batter, mix well , then make small dosas without flipping.
