black sesame seeds-250 gm

jaggerry-4

water-3/4 glass

ghee-1 1/2 tbsp

cardamom-2

coconut-1 1/2 handful

Preparation

Wash sesame seeds well, then dry roast it until it become aromatic, add coconut and cardamom, roast it again for 5 minutes, then add ghee, mix well, next add jaggerry juice, combine well, then turn off flame and let it cool, crush it in a mixie jar, then make small balls.
