Ingredients

egg-2

onion-1

oil

green chilly-1

garlic

ginger

curry leaves

turmeric

chilly powder

garam masala

thick coconut milk

second extract of coconut milk

vinegar

salt

Preparation

Heat oil in a pan, add onion, green chilly, curry leaves, ginger and garlic, saute it all, next add masala powders, once it turns aromatic add second coconut milk and 1/2 of thick coconut milk, add vinegar and salt along with it, now break 2 eggs, dont mix it for 2-3 minutes. Once one side is cooked mix it slowly, finally add thick coconut milk and turn off flame.
