Ingredients

mutton-1 kg

ginger

chilli powder 5 1/2 heap tsp

coriander powder 4 heap tsp

pepper powder 1 tsp

turmeric 1tsp

salt

garam masala 1 tsp

Preparation

Add mutton to a vessel, add curry leaves, garlic, ginger and curd, mix well and keep aside.Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add whole spices, roast it for a minute, then add onion, shallots, ginger,garlic and green chilly, mix well, add salt, then close the lid and cook it for 3 whistle.Add chilly powder, and coriander powderto a pan, heat it well, then turn off flame, add pepper powder, and turmeric to the pan, combine all well. Open cooker, then turn on flame, then mix it well, once the gravy become thick and dry add masala powders, and tomato, after mixing it well add mutton, mix it with masala, add water, and salt, close cooker , remove whistle, then cook it for 15 minutes, then add curry leaves,potato and garam masala, mix well, then close cooker and cook it for 4-5 whistle, then turn off flame.
