Ingredients

Potato-1

green beans-1/2 cup

carrot-1

soaked green peas-1/2 cup

turmeric-1/2 tsp

water-1 cup

coconut oil-2 tbsp

cardamom-2

cloves-2

cinnamon-2

pepper-1/2 tsp

fennel-1/2 tsp

onion-1

garlic and ginger

green chilly-2

cashews-8

tomato-1

coriander powder-1/2 tsp

turmeric-1/4 tsp

coconut-1/4 cup

coriander leaves

Preparation

Take a pressure cooker, add vegetables, turmeric, salt and water, cook it for 2 whistle in medium flame. For grinding, heat il in a pan, add whole spices, after roasting it well add onion, ginger and garlic, saute it well, add cashews and tomato, mix it for a minute, then add masala powders, after a mix transfer it to a mixie jar, add coconut , then grind it into fine paste, transfer this to a pan, add more water,then add cooked vegetables, boil it until it become thick, finally add coriander leaves and turn off flame.
