Preparation

Heat a pan, add oil, then add onion, saute it for 2 minutes, then add curry leaves , green chilly and ginger garlic paste, mix all well , again saute it for 2 minutes, then add salt and masalas, mix it well, add mashed potato, mix with masala, add chilly flakes and coriander leaves, combine all, add some coriander leaves, then turn off flame.Once the mix become cool, make small cutlets , then take one, put a egg slice, cover it with another cutlet, then dip this in maida water mix, and coat bread crumbs, finally fry it in hot oil.
