Kerala Beef stew

Ingredients

beef-250 gm

ginger garlic chilly crushed

curry leaves

cardamom, cloves, bay leaves, star anise , fennel, cinnamon and pepper

garam masala-1/2 tsp

salt

water

potato and carrot-1 each

coconut oil-2 tbsp

onion-1

ginger garlic chilly crushed

garam masala

maida-1 1/2 tbsp

second coconut milk

thick coconut milk

cashew nut, raising roasted in ghee

Preparation

Take a paressure cooker add beef, ginger garlic chilly crushed, curry leaves, spices, salt , garam masala and water, then cook it for 5 whistle, once the pressure gone add potato and carrot pieces, cook again for 1 whistle.Heat a pan, add coconut oil, then add onion, ginger, garlic,chilly crushed, saute it well, add garam masala and maida, mix well, then add second coconut milk, mix gently, then add cooked beef, boil it for 2-3 minutes, finally add thick coconut milk, allow it to heat well, then add roasted raisins and cashews.
