Ingredients:
Raw Banana – 2 Nos
Onions – 2 medium
Green Chilli – 1
Curry Leaves – 3 to 4 springs
salt to taste
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp (optional)
Kashmiri Chilli Powder – 1 /2 tsp
Cardamom Powder – 2 pinches
Coconut Oil – 2 1/2 tbsp
Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Preparation
Heat a pan, add coconut oil, add mustards, wait for splutter, then add onion and salt, saute it well, next add green chilly and curry leaves,mix all well, next add masalas, mix it for turn aromatic, now add banana pieces, mix it well, then cook it in low flame, cover the lid for cook without water.
