Ingredients
spinach -a small bunge
rice -1+1/4tbsp
onion-1/2
green chilli -2 or3
grated coconut flakes -3/4cup
turmeric powder 1/4tsp
salt to taste
mustard seeds -1/2tsp
coconut oil
curry leaves
Preparation
Heat coconut oil in a pan, add mustards, once it crack well, add rice, roast it well, then add onion and chilly chopped, saute it well, add salt and turmeric, mix well, next add spinach, combine all, cook it for 2 minutes, crush coconut with curry leaves and add to the pan, mix all together.
