cooked rice-1/2 cup

yiest-1/2 tsp

lukewarm water-1 1/2 cup

Preparation

Add all these ingredients in a mixie jar, grind it into fine batter, rest the batter for 15 minutes, then add salt, mix well. Heat a unniyappam pot, spread oil, then pour the batter in each hole, cook it well.
