Oil:1/2cup

Greenchilly :4

Ginger garlic past :2tbs

Chilly powder :2tbs

Coriander powder :11/2tbs

Turmeric powder :1tsp

Pepper powder :1tbs

Garam masala powder :1tsp

fenugreek :1/2tsp

cumin seed:1tsp

Coriander leaves

Curry leaves

Preparation

Add beef, chopped vegetables, salt, turmeric and water into a pressure cooker. Heat oil in a pan, add fennel and fenugreek crushed, roast it well, next add curry leaves, then add masalas, cook until the raw smell go away, now add beef, cook until it become dry, finally add some coriander leaves.
