Ingredients

fish(vatta)
coconut oil
fenugreek
ginger
garlic-4-5
onion
green chilly-2
curry leaves
chilly powder-1 tsp
turmeric-1/4 tsp
coriander powder-1 tsp
tomato-1
pot tamarind
second extract of coconut milk
thick coconut milk
Preparation
Heat a pan, add oil, heat it well, add fenugreek , pop it, then add ginger, garlic, onion, chilly and salt, saute it well, add tomato saute until it become soft, now add masalas, after mixing it well add light coconut milk, boil it well, next add fish pieces, and tamarind, cook fish well, finally add thick coconut milk, just heat it then turn off flame.
