Ash Guard – 250 gms

Carrot – 1 No.

Green Chillies – 3 No.s

Curry Leaves – 3 to 4 springs

Cumin Seeds – 2 tsp

Garlic – 3 to 4 cloves

Grated Coconut – 1 heaped cup

Turmeric Powder – 3/4 tsp

Salt to taste

hallots – 3 to 4 No.s

Fenu greek – 1/2 tsp

Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp

Dried Chillies – 3 to 4 pcs

Preparation

Take a clay pot add ash gourd,carrot ,green chilly, turmeric and water, cook it well. Grind coconut with cumin,garlic,turmeric , curry leaves,salt and green chilly , and add to curry, boil it well. Finally temper it with fenugreek,mustards,dry red chilly and shallots and add to curry.
